In Saturday's non-league challenge, the host Vaughn White Tigers volleyball team scored a close 1-0 victory over the Panorama Pythons.

The White Tigers (2-3) will now prepare for their challenge against Valley Academy of Arts & Sciences (Granada Hills, CA). The Vipers enter the non-league challenge with a 0-1 record. In their last challenge, Valley Academy of Arts & Sciences was tipped by Monroe (North Hills, CA), 2-0, in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Pythons meet the Triumph Charter Jaguars (Sylmar, CA) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, September 6. Panorama will attempt to upgrade on its 5-5 season record. The Jaguars enter the challenge with a 1-4 record after their 2-1 non-league loss to Vaughn (San Fernando, CA).
