In Saturday's non-league challenge, the visiting Shakamak Lakers volleyball team scored a 2-0 triumph over the Union County Patriots.

The Lakers (6-4) will now prepare for their challenge against Winchester Community (Winchester, IN). The Golden Falcons come into the non-league challenge with a 7-3 record. In their last challenge, Winchester Community gained a win over Union County (Liberty, IN), 2-0, in a league game.

The Patriots (2-7) will now prepare for their game against Eastern Hancock (Charlottesville, IN). The Royals go into the non-league game with a 3-3 record. In their last game, Eastern Hancock went down by Shenandoah (Middletown, IN), 2-0, in a league game.
