With the triumph, Santa Teresa moves its record to 7-2 on the campaign. The Desert Warriors travel to Carlsbad (Carlsbad, NM) to confront the Cavemen/Cavegirls in a non-league outing on Thursday, September 11. The Cavemen/Cavegirls go into the outing with a record of 2-5. Carlsbad won 3-1 in their recent non-league outing against Goddard (Roswell, NM)

Next up, the Bobcats confront the Grants Pirates (Grants, NM) in a non-league outing, on Tuesday, September 9. Bloomfield will attempt to advance on its 3-5 season record. The Pirates come into the test with a 0-6 record after their 3-0 non-league loss to Rehoboth Christian (Rehoboth, NM).
