In Saturday's non-league outing, the visiting Evansville Christian Eagles soccer squad scored a tight 2-1 win over the Terre Haute South Vigo Braves.
The Eagles (5-2) will now prepare for their outing against Gibson Southern (Fort Branch, IN). The Titans come into the non-league test with a 3-1 record. In their last test, Gibson Southern edged South Spencer (Rockport, IN), 4-1, in a league test.
The Braves now sport a 2-5 record. They take the field next when they host BELIEVE Circle City for a non-league test on Monday, September 8. Terre Haute South Vigo will clash with a Cyclones squad coming off a 5-1 non-league loss to Riverside (Indianapolis, IN). The Cyclones record now stands at 0-1.
