The Hortonville Polar Bears triumphed over the host Manitowoc Lincoln Ships soccer squad by a margin of 10-0 in Saturday's non-league bout.
The Polar Bears now hold a 5-0 record. They play next when they travel to Appleton East for a Fox Valley bout on Tuesday, September 9. Hortonville will play a Patriots squad coming off a 0-0 league Kimberly (Kimberly, WI). The Patriots record now stands at 2-1.
With the loss, Manitowoc Lincoln moves to 0-1 on the year. The Ships travel to Notre Dame Academy (Green Bay, WI) to face the Tritons in a Fox River Classic game on Tuesday, September 9. The Tritons come into the game with a record of 2-1. Notre Dame Academy won 5-0 in their recent non-league game against Xavier (Appleton, WI)
