The Taft Eagles soccer squad scored 2 points and held the host Plymouth Wildcats to 1 in the Eagles non-league victory on Saturday.
The Eagles now hold a 4-0 record. They play next when they travel to Chicago Washington for a Chicago Public Premier Northwest bout on Monday, September 8. Taft will play a Patriots squad coming off a 2-1 league loss to Solorio (Chicago, IL). The Patriots record now stands at 1-5.
With the loss, Plymouth moves to 3-5 on the year. The Wildcats host Hartland (Hartland, MI) to play the Eagles in a non-league bout on Thursday, September 11. The Eagles go into the bout with a record of 10-0. Hartland won 2-1 in their recent non-league game against Stoney Creek (Rochester Hills, MI)
