In Saturday's non-league outing, the host Salisbury Township Falcons soccer squad scored a tight 3-1 victory over the Tamaqua Blue Raiders.

The Falcons (1-4) will now prepare for their test against Palisades (Kintnersville, PA). The Pirates come into the Colonial test with a 4-1 record. In their last test, Palisades by Southern Lehigh (Center Valley, PA), 5-1, in a league test.

The Blue Raiders now have a 1-5 record. They take the field next when they host Pine Grove for a Schuylkill County 1 test on Monday, September 8. Tamaqua will clash with a Cardinals team coming off a 3-0 non-league loss to Tulpehocken (Bernville, PA). The Cardinals record now stands at 4-2.
