Nebraska High School Softball - Central City succumbs to Beatrice

September 6, 2025: Beatrice, NE 68310

In Saturday's non-league test, the Beatrice Orangemen (Beatrice, NE) softball squad overwhelmed the visiting Central City Bison (Central City, NE), by a tally of 15-1.

Next, the Orangemen clash with the Malcolm Clippers (Malcolm, NE) in a non-league test, on Tuesday, September 9. Beatrice will attempt to advance on its 8-3 season record. The Clippers go into the test with a 6-6 record after their 9-2 league win over Milford (Milford, NE).

The Bison (5-1) will now prepare for their test against Kearney Catholic (Kearney, NE). The Stars go into the C District test with a 8-0 record. In their last test, Kearney Catholic prevailed over Aquinas (David City, NE), 10-2, in a league test.
