In Saturday's non-league test, the Elbert County Blue Devils (Elberton, GA) softball squad the visiting Harlem Bulldogs (Harlem, GA), by a tally of 4-1.

Next, the Blue Devils clash with the Prince Avenue Christian Wolverines (Athens, GA) in a non-league test, on Monday, September 8. Elbert County will attempt to advance on its 12-2 season record. The Wolverines go into the test with a 12-1 record after their 11-3 non-league win over Apalachee (Winder, GA).

The Bulldogs (13-6) will now prepare for their test against Cross Creek (Augusta, GA). The Razorbacks go into the 3A Region 4 test with a 4-5 record. In their last test, Cross Creek was routed by Lakeside (Evans, GA), 13-3, in a non-league test.
