With the triumph, Norcross improves its record to 6-11 on the year. The Blue Devils travel to Northview (Johns Creek, GA) to clash with the Titans in a non-league bout on Saturday, September 6. The Titans go into the bout with a record of 2-10. Northview lost 8-2 in their recent league bout against North Springs (Atlanta, GA)

The Comets now hold a 2-9 record. They play next when they travel to Archer for a 6A Region 4 challenge on Monday, September 8. South Gwinnett will confront a Tigers team coming off a 20-4 league win over Heritage (Conyers, GA). The Tigers record now stands at 9-1.
