The Alma Panthers (Alma, MI) volleyball held off the visiting Morley Stanwood Mohawks (Morley, MI), 2-1 in Saturday's non-league bout.

The Panthers now possess a 12-3 record. They play next when they travel to Big Rapids for a non-league bout on Saturday, September 6. Alma will battle a Cardinals squad coming off a 3-1 league loss to Tri County Area (Howard City, MI). The Cardinals record now stands at 1-5.
