Colorado High School Volleyball - Gunnison can't hold off Aspen

September 6, 2025: Aspen, CO 81611

The Aspen Skiers tipped the visiting Gunnison Cowboys volleyball squad by a final score of 2-1 in Saturday's non-league game.

Next up, the Skiers confront the Glenwood Springs Demons (Glenwood Springs, CO) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, September 9. Aspen will attempt to better on its 5-0 season record. The Demons come into the bout with a 5-1 record after their 3-0 non-league win over St. Mary's Academy (Englewood, CO).

With the loss, Gunnison drops to 4-2 on the campaign. The Cowboys travel to Alamosa (Alamosa, CO) to clash with the Mean Moose in a non-league bout on Saturday, September 13. The Mean Moose enter the match with a record of 7-1.
