Coosa Christian Conquerors (Gadsden, AL) backers exited the stadium pleased Saturday as they witnessed their volleyball team tip the host Cleveland Panthers (Cleveland, AL), 2-1 in a non-league outing.

The Conquerors now have a 3-6 record. They play next when they travel to Fyffe for a non-league outing on Saturday, September 6. Coosa Christian will play a Red Devils squad coming off a 3-0 league win over Pisgah (Pisgah, AL). The Red Devils record now stands at 9-3.

The Panthers (0-10) will now prepare for their game against Pennington (Blountsville, AL). The Tigers go into the non-league game with a 8-10 record. In their last game, Pennington nudged Carbon Hill (Carbon Hill, AL), 2-1, in a non-league game.
