Next up, the Thunderbirds confront the Sage Hill Lightning (Newport Beach, CA) in a non-league game, on Saturday, September 6. Yucaipa will attempt to advance on its 4-6 season record. The Lightning come into the bout with a 6-5 record after their 3-0 non-league win over Capistrano Valley Christian (San Juan Capistrano, CA).

With the loss, Crescenta Valley drops to 5-8 on the campaign. The Falcons travel to Notre Dame (Belmont, CA) to clash with the Tigers in a non-league bout on Saturday, September 6. The Tigers come into the bout with a record of 3-0. Notre Dame won 3-0 in their recent non-league bout against Mills (Millbrae, CA)
