The Panthers now possess a 7-4 record. They play next when they travel to Central Hardin for a District 17 bout on Wednesday, September 10. Elizabethtown will clash with a Bruins team coming off a 2-1 non-league win over Blazer (Ashland, KY). The Bruins record now stands at 13-2.

With the loss, DuPont Manual drops to 7-3 on the campaign. The Crimsons host Central (Louisville, KY) to clash with the Yellow Jackets in a District 25 bout on Monday, September 8. The Yellow Jackets come into the bout with a record of 8-2.
