Illinois High School Volleyball - Freeport tips Earlville

September 6, 2025: Freeport, IL 61032

In Saturday's non-league challenge, the host Freeport Pretzels volleyball team scored a close 2-1 victory over the Earlville Red Raiders.

The Pretzels (5-5) will now prepare for their challenge against McHenry (McHenry, IL). The Warriors enter the non-league challenge with a 1-4 record. In their last challenge, McHenry was tipped by Jacobs (Algonquin, IL), 2-0, in a league challenge.

Next, the Red Raiders meet the Somonauk Bobcats (Somonauk, IL) in a Little Ten challenge, on Tuesday, September 9. Earlville will attempt to upgrade on its 2-4 season record. The Bobcats enter the challenge with a 5-1 record after their 2-1 league win over Leland (Leland, IL).
