Illinois High School Volleyball - Eastland over Stillman Valley

In Saturday's non-league challenge, the visiting Eastland Cougars volleyball squad scored a 2-0 win over the Stillman Valley Cardinals.

Next up, the Cougars face the Amboy Clippers (Amboy, IL) in a Northwest Upstate Illini game, on Tuesday, September 9. Eastland will attempt to advance on its 5-2 season record. The Clippers go into the game with a 2-4 record after their 2-1 non-league win over Somonauk (Somonauk, IL).

With the loss, Stillman Valley drops to 5-6 on the campaign. The Cardinals host Sycamore (Sycamore, IL) to play the Spartans in a non-league outing on Tuesday, September 9. The Spartans come into the outing with a record of 4-2. Sycamore won 2-0 in their recent non-league outing against Rosary (Aurora, IL)
