The Demons (3-5) will now prepare for their challenge against Mid-Prairie (Wellman, IA). The Golden Hawks come into the non-league challenge with a 8-0 record. In their last challenge, Mid-Prairie beat West Branch (West Branch, IA), 3-0, in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Vikings face the Calamus-Wheatland Warriors (Wheatland, IA) in a non-league test, on Thursday, September 11. Edgewood-Colesburg will attempt to advance on its 5-5 season record. The Warriors go into the test with a 3-6 record after their 2-0 non-league loss to Cascade (Cascade, IA).
