In Saturday's non-league challenge, the host Flat Rock Rams volleyball team scored a 2-0 victory over the Kingsley Stags.

The Rams (13-3) will now prepare for their challenge against Hemlock (Hemlock, MI). The Huskies enter the non-league challenge with a 5-1 record. In their last challenge, Hemlock was beaten by Bullock Creek (Midland, MI), 3-1, in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Stags meet the Kalkaska Blazers (Kalkaska, MI) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, September 9. Kingsley will attempt to upgrade on its 16-4 season record. The Blazers come into the challenge with a 1-7 record after their 3-1 league loss to Boyne City (Boyne City, MI).
