Fans at Saturday's non-league contest between the Fowler Eagles (Fowler, MI) and the visiting Seaholm Maples (Birmingham, MI), observed Fowler's volleyball team top Seaholm by a tally of 2-0.

The Eagles (6-2) will now prepare for their test against Birch Run (Birch Run, MI). The Panthers go into the non-league test with a 6-2 record. In their last test, Birch Run achieved victory over Lakeville (Otisville, MI), 3-0, in a league test.

The Maples now own a 2-11 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to DeWitt for a non-league test on Saturday, September 6. Seaholm will encounter a Panthers squad coming off a 3-0 league loss to Grand Ledge (Grand Ledge, MI). The Panthers record now stands at 3-6.
