Illinois High School Volleyball - Manteno over Grace Christian Academy

The Manteno Panthers (Manteno, IL) volleyball knocked off the host Grace Christian Academy Crusaders (Kankakee, IL), 2-0 in Saturday's non-league bout.

The Panthers now possess a 8-3 record. They take the field next when they travel to Newark for a non-league match on Saturday, September 6. Manteno will battle a Norsemen squad coming off a 2-0 league win over Indian Creek (Shabbona, IL). The Norsemen record now stands at 4-0.

The Crusaders (1-5) will now prepare for their match against Newark (Newark, IL). The Norsemen enter the non-league match with a 4-0 record. In their last match, Newark notched a victory over Indian Creek (Shabbona, IL), 2-0, in a league match.
