The Valley View Blazers topped the host Harrisburg Hornets volleyball squad by a final score of 2-0 in Saturday's non-league outing.

The Blazers now possess a 8-2 record. They play next when they travel to Mount St. Mary Academy for a non-league outing on Saturday, September 6. Valley View will play a Belles team coming off a 3-0 league win over Jacksonville (Jacksonville, AR). The Belles record now stands at 4-1.

With the loss, Harrisburg drops to 2-3 on the campaign. The Hornets travel to Walnut Ridge (Walnut Ridge, AR) to play the Bobcats in a 3A 3 outing on Monday, September 8. The Bobcats come into the outing with a record of 2-1. Walnut Ridge won 3-2 in their recent league outing against Hoxie (Hoxie, AR)
