With the win, Midlothian improves its record to 3-0 on the season. The Trojans travel to Clover Hill (Midlothian, VA) to encounter the Cavaliers in a Dominion challenge on Tuesday, September 9. Next, the Hawks meet the Deep Run Wildcats (Glen Allen, VA) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, September 6. Hickory will attempt to upgrade on its 2-2 season record. The Wildcats enter the challenge with a 3-0 record after their 3-1 non-league win over Thomas Dale (Chester, VA).
