Michigan High School Volleyball - Three Rivers over Hopkins

Fans at Saturday's non-league contest between the Three Rivers Wildcats (Three Rivers, MI) and the host Hopkins Vikings (Hopkins, MI), observed Three Rivers's volleyball team top Hopkins by a count of 2-0.

The Wildcats (7-5) will now prepare for their contest against Otsego (Otsego, MI). The Bulldogs enter the non-league contest with a 8-4 record. In their last contest, Otsego notched a victory over Portland (Portland, MI), 2-0, in a non-league contest.

Next, the Vikings meet the Hastings Saxons (Hastings, MI) in a non-league battle, on Tuesday, September 9. Hopkins will attempt to improve on its 6-5 season record. The Saxons go into the battle with a 3-3 record after their 2-1 non-league loss to East Lansing (East Lansing, MI).
