Utah High School Volleyball - Mountain Crest over Hunter

The Mountain Crest Mustangs (Hyrum, UT) volleyball knocked off the host Hunter Wolverines (West Valley City, UT), 3-1 in Saturday's non-league bout.

The Mustangs now possess a 10-8 record. They take the field next when they host Deseret Peak for a 4A Region 11 contest on Tuesday, September 9. Mountain Crest will battle a Golden Eagles team coming off a 3-1 league loss to Sky View (Smithfield, UT). The Golden Eagles record now stands at 1-12.

Next, the Wolverines battle the Hillcrest Huskies (Midvale, UT) in a 5A Region 4 contest, on Tuesday, September 9. Hunter will attempt to move on its 5-5 season record. The Huskies enter the contest with a 4-5 record after their 3-1 league win over Cyprus (Magna, UT).
