In Saturday's non-league game, the visiting Lincoln Mustangs volleyball squad scored a 2-0 win over the Independence 76ers.
Next up, the Mustangs face the Cupertino Pioneers (Cupertino, CA) in a non-league game, on Saturday, September 6. Lincoln will attempt to advance on its 8-6 season record. The Pioneers go into the game with a 1-1 record after their 3-1 non-league loss to Mountain View (Mountain View, CA).
The 76ers (0-6) will now prepare for their game against Overfelt (San Jose, CA). The Royals go into the BVAL - West Valley game with a 1-2 record. In their last game, Overfelt went down by Hill (San Jose, CA), 3-2, in a non-league game.
