South Dakota High School Volleyball - Sturgis Brown over Mahpiya Luta

In Saturday's non-league challenge, the host Sturgis Brown Scoopers volleyball team scored a 3-0 triumph over the Mahpiya Luta Crusaders.
The Scoopers (2-6) will now prepare for their test against Custer (Custer, SD). The Wildcats go into the non-league test with a 8-0 record. In their last test, Custer gained a win over Newell (Newell, SD), 3-0, in a non-league test.
The Crusaders now sport a 0-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Hot Springs for a non-league test on Tuesday, September 9. Mahpiya Luta will face a Bison squad coming off a 3-0 league win over Lead-Deadwood (Lead, SD). The Bison record now stands at 5-2.
