The Morro Bay Pirates volleyball team (Morro Bay, CA), was beaten 2-0 in Saturday's non-league challenge with the visiting Pacific Grove Breakers (Pacific Grove, CA)

The Breakers (6-2) will now prepare for their test against Golden West (Visalia, CA). The Trailblazers go into the non-league test with a 2-5 record. In their last test, Golden West was defeated by Mission Oak (Tulare, CA), 3-0, in a non-league test.

The Pirates now own a 9-9 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Templeton for a non-league test on Saturday, September 6. Morro Bay will meet a Eagles team coming off a 3-1 non-league loss to Shafter (Shafter, CA). The Eagles record now stands at 2-2.
