The Shawnee Wolves volleyball team scored 2 points and restricted the host Muskogee Roughers to 0 in the Wolves non-league triumph on Saturday.
The Wolves now have a 11-9 record. They play next when they travel to Claremore for a non-league outing on Saturday, September 6. Shawnee will play a Zebras team coming off a 2-0 non-league win over Classen SAS (Oklahoma City, OK). The Zebras record now stands at 16-3.
With the loss, Muskogee drops to 2-15 on the campaign. The Roughers host Sapulpa (Sapulpa, OK) to play the Chieftains in a Frontier game on Saturday, September 6. The Chieftains go into the game with a record of 9-9. Sapulpa lost 2-0 in their recent non-league game against Shawnee (Shawnee, OK)
