In Saturday's non-league challenge, the host Westminster Christian Academy Chargers volleyball team scored a 2-0 triumph over the Opelousas Catholic Vikings.

The Chargers (3-0) will now prepare for their challenge against Delcambre (Delcambre, LA). The Panthers come into the non-league challenge with a 0-2 record. In their last challenge, Delcambre lost by Ascension Episcopal (Lafayette, LA), 3-0, in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Vikings play the Loyola College Prep Flyers (Shreveport, LA) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, September 6. Opelousas Catholic will attempt to upgrade on its 2-2 season record. The Flyers come into the challenge with a 0-1 record after their 3-1 non-league loss to Byrd (Shreveport, LA).
