Illinois High School Volleyball - Ottawa can't get by Peotone

Peotone Blue Devils (Peotone, IL) followers left the game satisfied Saturday as they saw their volleyball squad edge the visiting Ottawa Pirates (Ottawa, IL), 2-1 in a non-league test.

With the win, Peotone advances its record to 5-2 on the season. The Blue Devils travel to Rochelle (Rochelle, IL) to face the Hubs in a non-league test on Saturday, September 6. The Hubs go into the test with a record of 3-1. Rochelle won 2-0 in their recent non-league test against Stillman Valley (Stillman Valley, IL)

The Pirates now sport a 1-4 record. They put it on the line next when they host Pontiac for a non-league game on Tuesday, September 9. Ottawa will confront a Indians squad coming off a 2-0 non-league loss to LaSalle-Peru (LaSalle, IL). The Indians record now stands at 7-2.
