Arizona High School Volleyball - Sunnyslope over Perry

Fans at Saturday's non-league contest between the Sunnyslope Vikings (Phoenix, AZ) and the host Perry Pumas (Gilbert, AZ), observed Sunnyslope's volleyball team top Perry by a count of 2-0.

The Vikings (8-1) will now prepare for their contest against Valley Christian (Chandler, AZ). The Trojans enter the non-league contest with a 4-1 record. In their last contest, Valley Christian notched a victory over Westwood (Mesa, AZ), 2-0, in a non-league contest.

Next, the Pumas meet the Desert Vista Thunder (Phoenix, AZ) in a non-league contest, on Saturday, September 6. Perry will attempt to move on its 5-8 season record. The Thunder enter the contest with a 9-4 record after their 2-0 non-league win over ALA - Queen Creek (Queen Creek, AZ).
