The Sturgis Trojans topped the host Thornapple Kellogg Trojans volleyball squad by a final score of 2-0 in Saturday's non-league game.

Next up, the Trojans face the Three Rivers Wildcats (Three Rivers, MI) in a non-league game, on Saturday, September 6. Sturgis will attempt to advance on its 3-6 season record. The Wildcats go into the game with a 6-6 record after their 2-0 non-league loss to Mendon (Mendon, MI).

The Trojans (3-5) will now prepare for their game against Pennfield (Battle Creek, MI). The Panthers go into the non-league game with a 8-3 record. In their last game, Pennfield went down by Charlotte (Charlotte, MI), 3-0, in a non-league game.
