In Tuesday's non-league contest, the Pleasanton Eagles (Pleasanton, TX) volleyball squad knocked off the visiting Young Women's Leadership Academy Cardinals (San Antonio, TX), by a margin of 3-1.

Next up, the Eagles battle the Pearsall Mavericks (Pearsall, TX) in a non-league contest, on Friday, September 10. Pleasanton will attempt to better on its 24-2 season record. The Mavericks come into the contest with a 4-12 record after their 3-2 non-league loss to Fox Tech (San Antonio, TX).
