In Wednesday's non-league battle, the host John Glenn Knights soccer squad scored a good 9-0 win over the Port Jefferson Royals.
The Knights (1-0) will now prepare for their battle against West Babylon (West Babylon, NY). The Eagles go into the non-league battle with a 0-0 record.
The Royals (0-1) will now prepare for their battle against Center Moriches (Center Moriches, NY). The Red Devils go into the Section 11 B/C/D-7 battle with a 1-1 record. In their last battle, Center Moriches was overwhelmed by William Floyd (Mastic Beach, NY), 2-1, in a non-league battle.
