The crowd at Wednesday's non-league bout between the Whitewater Wildcats (Fayetteville, GA) and the visiting Eagle's Landing Eagles (McDonough, GA), saw Whitewater's volleyball squad nip Eagle's Landing by a tally of 2-1.

With the win, Whitewater upgrades its record to 10-11 on the year. The Wildcats travel to Heritage (Newnan, GA) to play the Hawks in a non-league bout on Thursday, September 8. The Hawks go into the bout with a record of 3-4. Heritage lost 2-0 in their recent league bout against Brookstone (Columbus, GA)

The Eagles now own a 4-3 record. They play next when they travel to Ola for a bout on Tuesday, September 13. Eagle's Landing will play a Mustangs squad coming off a 2-1 league win over Union Grove (McDonough, GA). The Mustangs record now stands at 12-5.
