In Wednesday's non-league test, the host West Stokes Wildcats soccer squad scored a close 1-0 triumph over the Leadership Academy Falcons.
The Wildcats now sport a 1-5 record. They play next when they host Mount Airy for a non-league test on Thursday, September 8. West Stokes will meet a Granite Bears squad coming off a 8-0 non-league win over West Stokes (King, NC). The Granite Bears record now stands at 6-0.
With the loss, Leadership Academy drops to 4-2 on the season. The Falcons host Clover Garden School (Burlington, NC) to meet the Grizzlies in a non-league test on Friday, September 9. The Grizzlies come into the test with a record of 0-3. Clover Garden School lost 5-0 in their recent non-league test against Cornerstone Charter (Greensboro, NC)
