The Pendleton Bulldogs topped the visiting Easley Green Wave volleyball team by a score of 3-1 in Wednesday's non-league test.

The Bulldogs now have a 2-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to West-Oak for a AAA Region 1 test on Thursday, September 8. Pendleton will confront a Warriors team coming off a 3-0 non-league win over Palmetto (Williamston, SC). The Warriors record now stands at 7-6.

The Green Wave (1-5) will now prepare for their test against Pickens (Pickens, SC). The Blue Flame enter the AAAA Region 1 test with a 14-0 record. In their last test, Pickens gained a win over James F. Byrnes (Duncan, SC), 2-1, in a non-league test.
