The Virginia City Muckers volleyball team (Virginia City, NV), went down 3-1 in Wednesday's non-league challenge with the visiting Fernley Vaqueros (Fernley, NV)

The Vaqueros (10-3) will now prepare for their challenge against Hug (Reno, NV). The Hawks enter the non-league challenge with a 1-4 record. In their last challenge, Hug went down by Spring Creek (Spring Creek, NV), 3-0, in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Muckers encounter the Tonopah Muckers (Tonopah, NV) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, September 16. Virginia City will attempt to move on its 3-8 season record.
