In their next game, the Bulldogs face the Granite Bay Grizzlies (Granite Bay, CA) in a non-league bout, on Thursday, September 14. Vacaville will attempt to move on its 1-3 season record. The Grizzlies enter the bout with a 3-1 record after their 49-6 non-league win over Nevada Union (Grass Valley, CA).

The Grizzlies (1-2) will now prepare for their bout against Monterey Trail (Elk Grove, CA). The Mustangs enter the non-league bout with a 0-3 record. In their last bout, Monterey Trail was toppled by Pittsburg (Pittsburg, CA), 20-0, in a league bout.
