In Thursday's non-league battle, the host Palmyra Panthers soccer squad scored a close 3-2 win over the West Deptford Eagles.
The Panthers (1-0) will now prepare for their battle against Riverside (Riverside, NJ). The Rams go into the non-league battle with a 1-0 record. In their last battle, Riverside nipped Burlington City (Burlington, NJ), 3-2, in a league battle.
