The Galena Grizzlies football team (Reno, NV), was knocked off 42-13 in Thursday's non-league challenge with the host Bishop Manogue Miners (Reno, NV)

The Miners (1-2) will now prepare for their challenge against Carson (Carson City, NV). The Senators come into the non-league challenge with a 0-3 record. In their last challenge, Carson was knocked off by McQueen (Reno, NV), 46-23, in a non-league challenge.

The Grizzlies now sport a 1-3 record. They take the field next when they host Damonte Ranch for a non-league challenge on Thursday, September 14. Galena will meet a Mustangs team coming off a 31-14 non-league win over Douglas (Minden, NV). The Mustangs record now stands at 2-1.
