The Salem Hills Skyhawks (Salem, UT) football edged the host Payson Lions (Payson, UT), 28-25 in Thursday's non-league bout.
In their next game, the Skyhawks face the Uintah Utes (Vernal, UT) in a non-league bout, on Thursday, September 21. Salem Hills will attempt to advance on its 3-0 season record.
The Lions (2-1) will now prepare for their bout against Provo (Provo, UT). The Bulldogs enter the non-league bout with a 1-2 record.
