The Kennesaw Mountain Mustangs held off the visiting South Forsyth War Eagles volleyball team by a score of 2-1 in Thursday's non-league test.

The Mustangs now have a 2-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to River Ridge for a non-league test on Thursday, September 7. Kennesaw Mountain will confront a Knights team coming off a 2-0 league loss to Allatoona (Acworth, GA). The Knights record now stands at 6-6.

The War Eagles (8-1) will now prepare for their outing against Denmark (Alpharetta, GA). The go into the outing with a 0-5 record. In their last outing, Denmark was tipped by Westminster (Atlanta, GA), 2-0, in a non-league outing.
