With the win, Mullen upgrades its record to 1-0 on the year. The Mustangs host Golden (Golden, CO) to play the Demons in a non-league bout on Tuesday, September 12. The Demons go into the bout with a record of 1-0.

The Raiders now own a 2-2 record. They play next when they travel to Ponderosa for a non-league bout on Saturday, September 9. Regis Jesuit will play a Mustangs squad coming off a 2-1 non-league loss to Regis Jesuit (Aurora, CO). The Mustangs record now stands at 3-1.
