Next, the Spartans confront the Rushville Lions (Rushville, IN) in a Eastern Indiana challenge, on Saturday, September 9. Connersville will attempt to better on its 7-1 season record. The Lions enter the challenge with a 0-7 record after their 4-2 non-league loss to Morristown (Morristown, IN).

The Bulldogs now have a 2-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to Union County for a non-league challenge on Tuesday, September 12. Centerville will confront a Patriots team coming off a 1-0 non-league win over Knightstown (Knightstown, IN). The Patriots record now stands at 4-6.
