The Grove Ridgerunners (Grove, OK) softball the host Afton Eagles (Afton, OK), 5-3 in Thursday's non-league bout.
The Ridgerunners (9-7) will now prepare for their bout against Sequoyah (Tahlequah, OK). The Indians go into the non-league bout with a 22-6 record. In their last bout, Sequoyah held off Wyandotte (Wyandotte, OK), 5-4, in a non-league bout.
