Ohio High School Volleyball - Allen East over Van Buren

In Thursday's non-league contest, the Allen East Mustangs (Harrod, OH) volleyball squad were winner over the visiting Van Buren Black Knights (Van Buren, OH), by a margin of 3-0.

Next up, the Mustangs battle the New Riegel Blue Jackets (New Riegel, OH) in a non-league contest, on Saturday, September 9. Allen East will attempt to better on its 5-0 season record. The Blue Jackets go into the contest with a 2-7 record after their 3-0 league loss to Hopewell-Loudon (Bascom, OH).

With the loss, Van Buren moves to 4-4 on the year. The Black knights host North Baltimore (North Baltimore, OH) to battle the Tigers in a non-league contest on Monday, September 11. The Tigers go into the contest with a record of 2-4. North Baltimore lost 3-1 in their recent league contest against Elgin (Marion, OH)
