The Brooks County Trojans topped the host Quitman County Hornets volleyball team by a score of 2-0 in Thursday's league test.
The Trojans now have a 5-9 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Mitchell County for a 1A Area 1 test on Thursday, September 7. Brooks County will confront a Eagles team coming off a 2-0 league win over Baker County (Newton, GA). The Eagles record now stands at 2-3.
The Hornets (1-4) will now prepare for their test against Mitchell County (Camilla, GA). The Eagles enter the 1A Area 1 test with a 2-3 record. In their last test, Mitchell County gained a win over Baker County (Newton, GA), 2-0, in a league test.
