Arizona High School Volleyball - Chaparral over Casa Grande

In Thursday's non-league contest, the Chaparral Firebirds (Scottsdale, AZ) volleyball squad were winner over the host Casa Grande Cougars (Casa Grande, AZ), by a margin of 3-0.

Next up, the Firebirds battle the Shadow Ridge Stallions (Surprise, AZ) in a non-league contest, on Friday, September 8. Chaparral will attempt to better on its 4-5 season record. The Stallions go into the contest with a 2-7 record after their 3-0 non-league win over Carl Hayden Community (Phoenix, AZ).

With the loss, Casa Grande moves to 2-1 on the year. The Cougars travel to Desert Edge (Goodyear, AZ) to battle the Scorpions in a non-league contest on Monday, September 11. The Scorpions go into the contest with a record of 1-6. Desert Edge won 3-0 in their recent non-league contest against Agua Fria (Avondale, AZ)
